Alright, well I apologize for being away so long. I HAVE been working out...just not very much. And My biggest excuse, even though it's a lame one(aren't they all?), is that I have had the chicken pox. So I've been trying to recover from that.
I'm also doing a challenge with some friends to do 5000 crunches during the month of February. Because of the chicken pox i didn't start on that on the first of the month, so I have been trying to catch up. Right now I am at 700 and my abs are REALLY sore!
I'm also working my shoulders. Trying to get my joints as strong as possible so that I can start placing more pressure on them in my workouts.
