Today I had a great work out!
Suicides, jump squats, and blocking suicides. :)
Then I did a core work out of planks.
I also measured my vertical, and agility time. This will be my first progress mark. (Or rather show how completely out of shape I am.) haha
Reach is 8'3"
Vertical is 24.5"
Standing (without and approach) vertical is 18.5"
Agility time is 12.2 seconds.
