Alright. I went on a trip for five days, and got sick while I was there. Now I'm recovering.
That's why I haven't worked out or posted since the 7th.
Okay okay, I know...all those a ridiculously lame excuses. I couldn't agree more. But that is what happened.
My workout from the 7th til today has only consisted of one core work out. :/
After a lot of determination that ended today.
I did a fairly intense lower body work out this evening which consisted of 3 sets of suicide sprints. (2 reps) Two sets of jump squats (10 reps) 3 sets of ankle hops (20-30 reps) and 2 sets of blocking suicide things.
It felt good. I also through a little core in there. Did a full body plank and a suicide plank.
Upper body and core tomorrow! :)
