1/4/11-1/7/11

Alright...I'm getting behind here with my actual blogging....lessee...what have I been doing....

My last post was...Tuesday.

On Wednesday I did a pretty great lower body workout consisting of suicides, jump squats, and suicide blocks.

Thursday I did a great core and upper body workout....
-Full body planks
-side planks
-superman
-leg extensions

Then a specific hitting workout.

I ended up doing a total of about 10 min of planks.

No, I didn't work out today...I haven't slept much in the last two days so I'm gonna try and catch up on that.
