Yesterday 1/3/11

Well I didn't get around to posting yesterday but basically I did a short core work out. (about 100 crunches total)  And a good upper body hitting work out. :) It was perfect. I also played vball for about 2 hours last night.

Still gotta work out today though. My plan is to work lower body and core.

I'll probably do some suicides, blocking suicides, and some jump squats for lower body, and then a core work out consisting of planks.
